The People Behind the Work
Meet the
Team
Master mechanics, plumbers, project managers, and field specialists who take their craft seriously — and know how to have a good time when the work is done.
Who We Are
A Tight knit team.
Serious Expertise.
Malin Mechanical is a tight-knit team of licensed engineers and field specialists who've spent careers mastering the mechanical systems that keep DMV's most demanding buildings running. We're not a big box contractor — we're a crew that knows each other, trusts each other, and holds each other to a high standard.
That closeness shows in our work. When you hire Malin, you get people who communicate, collaborate, and genuinely care about the outcome — not just the invoice.
Built on Trust
We show up when we say we will, do what we say we'll do, and stand behind every system we touch.
Craftsmen First
Every one of us takes personal pride in the quality of our work — from the design table to the mechanical room.
Detail Obsessed
The difference between a good system and a great one lives in the details. We sweat them so our clients don't have to.
DC Through & Through
We're a DC metro team — we know the buildings, the codes, the climate, and the community.
The Roster
The People You'll Work With
